Andrew started his career as Design Engineer before moving into Programme Management, then a range of Operational & Business Director roles in large Corporates before entering the SME world. The majority of his career has been in Defence and Security operating in the UK and abroad.

Jez co-founded and was COO of Purple Secure Systems which provided Software and Systems Engineering consultancy to Government and National Security customers. He successfully exited after Purple Secure Systems was acquired in March 2016. As well as understanding complex, high-value, engineering programmes and their delivery, Jez has experience in starting, managing and growing organisations - specifically the corporate governance, finance, commercial and operational aspects.

Alasdair is a driven Software and DevOps Consultant, who has been instrumental in the development of flagship software systems for world-leading products over two decades. He has used an extensive array of software languages on a range of platforms and domains and led high-performing delivery teams. What gets him out of bed in the morning is his drive to help people, solve problems and leave things in a better state to how he found them.
